Violinists Exploring Viola: Viola is a beautiful, warm, and lush instrument.  Violinists wishing to explore the viola to improve their sound and technique are welcome to take this class.   Violists provide a unique harmonic role in the orchestra and the string quartet which is very important to the success of an ensemble.  Violinists that are proficient on viola increase their earning potential and can have a better chance of making Region and All-State, or even improve their seating because there are less viola players than violinists. If you are intrigued by the sound of the viola, this class is for you!
